Heading out to Aquafit

It's Monday, and that means Aquafit class. I hope our regular instructor is back tonight. The girl we had last Wednesday gave us a great workout, but I much prefer the personality of our regular instructor Betty. And Betty's music is much better than the substitute we had. She played all 50s oldies, and it kind of felt like Richard Simmons was going to pop out of the change rooms at any given moment! Betty's choice of music is similar to my tastes...more classic rock!

Anyway, gotta go jump into my suit and head out.
