New Canadian sit-com airs tonight

Tonight airs the premiere show for the new Canadian sitcom, "Little Mosque on the Prairie". From what I've heard and read, it sounds like it's going to be a smash hit. We'll soon see, as it airs in about a half hour or so, at 8:30pm EST.

Many people think the hype of it all is because it will upset Muslim people, but there is nothing offensive towards the Muslims at all about it. It's just a show, a funny show, about everyday life on the Canadian prairies, and it just happens to portray that life through the eyes of the Muslim community living on said prairies.

If it turns out as popular as our "Trailer Park Boys" and the Saskatchewan set "Corner Gas", which are two other Canadian sitcoms, it's sure to be hit as well!
