I got tagged!

So on my Card Crazy post I did the other day, Karen of My Road tagged me. Karen is a fellow postie at PayPerPost, and anyway, I guess she was checking out other PPP postie blogs yesterday to see who she could tag. I'm it! I've never been tagged before, so this will be my virginal tagging post, and I hope you'll all go easy on me! All righty then, I have to tell you eight things about me. Oh, and I have to post the tag rules too, so here they are...

The Rules: “Each person links to the person who tagged them. Then each person posts the rules before their list, then they list 8 things about themselves. At the end of the post, that person tags and links to 8 other people and then visits those peoples’ sites and comments letting them know that they have been tagged, and to come read the post, so they know what they have to do.”

Okay, step one completed. And now for the extremely exciting part *insert drum roll here* eight things about me:

1.) My generic roots are 1/2 Slovak, 1/4 British and 1/4 East Indian (my mother was born in India). That makes me like a Heinz 57!

2.) I got married and took my driving test when I was 22.

3.) My belly button is an innie.

4.) I watch The Simpsons at least two times a day.

5.) I have sold hand made fairies I sculpted out of polymer clay on eBay.

6.) When I was five, my two older sisters had a fight over curling my long hair with curlers, which ended up with me sporting a pixie cut for my first day of kindergarten. (and I'm still traumatized over that day!)

7.) I almost drowned once in Pismo Beach California when I got caught in the waves while body surfing.

8.) My mother in law is probably the best friend I've ever had, and I love her to bits!

Well, that wasn't too bad, although I fear I'm going to have those nightmares about killer hair curlers haunt me again!

So now I have to find eight other victims, er, people to tag next. I'll be back...
