Free for all!

If you know the slightest thing about me, you know how much I love things that are free! Zero cost! I was just checking out some of the cool freebies Adam has on his blog called "Freebies -- Best Free Stuff on the Net". He doesn't give away any freebies himself, but he tells you all about the freebies he finds on the net, and where you can go snag them! There's all kinds of different freebies I didn't even know existed, like taking a picture you have and converting it to ASCII art. Another one that I was excited to find was a link to a free print out for Alt key symbols. That's going to come in so handy for me, instead of having to search through those itty bitty images on my character map.

Thanks Adam! Ü

Web 2.0 apps

I've just been checking out Tap Blog. If you're into Web 2.0 applications, you gotta check out this blog. The blog owner is doing a top 100 hottest web 2.0 apps list. They are done in groups of five and he gives a little review about each one. Very interesting.

That's Fabulous!

I've just been reading this blog, Pointless Directives, by Mr. Fabulous. What a hoot this blog is! I've been laughing my ass off here reading some of his posts, especially in his "I Love Canadians" category. I couldn't help but get in on the comments for these posts. This guy is absolutely nuts, and that's what makes reading his blog so much fun! And his post about the Pillsbury Doughboy is hilarious!

Check out what Mr. Fabulous is babbling about, but a word of warning... it's not for the faint of heart! ;-)

Got a little girl?

What little girl doesn't look adorable with her hair all coiffed up in some funky hair bows? There are so many sweet hair bows that you can buy these days, especially on eBay. But with the abundance of cheerful ribbons in the stores, why not make your own? It's really not hard at all, and yes, you can do it!

If you don't know where to start, then I suggest you take a little trek over to
Plus One, which is the blog of a single mommy. She has several posts about hair bows on her blog, and even offers free, yes free, instructions for you to make your own bows!

What are you waiting for? You've got ribbon to cut and pig tails to embellish!
