Got a little girl?

What little girl doesn't look adorable with her hair all coiffed up in some funky hair bows? There are so many sweet hair bows that you can buy these days, especially on eBay. But with the abundance of cheerful ribbons in the stores, why not make your own? It's really not hard at all, and yes, you can do it!
