Shopping for web hosting

I'm currently tossing around the idea of switching hosting of my website. I haven't been very happy with my hosting company for a bit now, and just recently I contacted them to make a change for me over to Cpanel, and that has been nothing more than a nightmare. I've started shopping around at other web hosting companies, and I'm leaning towards going with dedicated hosting.

One company I've been checking out is DMG Dedicated Servers. Their main provider is AT&T, so there's comfort in knowing the up time is going to be reliable. Their customers are important to them, and offer technical support, which is great to know. Oh, and they also have Cpanel available, which is perfect for me!
